In order to mitigate the impact of the pandemic, promote the smooth development of the graduates' employment, and ensure that the 2020 graduates achieve the goals of "making progress while maintaining stability" and "improving quality and efficiency,"our school held the 2020 Grad's Employment Guidance and Online Recruitment Talk on April 3.  HE Langzhao, an alumnus from Guangzhou TAL Faculty Selection and Training Department which is an internship institution of our school, was was invited to give employment guidance and recruitment talk.

According to his own experience in the recruitment interview, HE Langzhao gave suggestions on resume making, interview skills and career choices from the interviewer's perspective, so as to solve students’ puzzles in an interview. At the same time, combined with the TAL Education Group's development trend, salary treatment and training system, a exclusive online recruitment talk was carried out, where students can send a resume and ask questions about interview. The students actively asked questions, and the meeting achieved the expected results.

School will continue to promote the employment of graduates through various measures such as online recruitment, internal recommendation and policy interpretation, employment assistance and guidance of further study.
