Lecture Synopsis:
In January 2018, the first National Standard for Teaching Quality of Foreign Languages and Literatures (hereinafter referred to as the "National Standard") was issued to in China's higher education, marking that the education of foreign language majors in China has entered a new historical period. As the general basis for the establishment, construction and evaluation of foreign language majors in China for some time in the future, the national standard helps us to formulate talent training programs that meet the needs of social development and reflect the orientation and characteristics of the school for different majors. We believe that the key to formulate talent training programs is to find the correct orientation. To this end, we will discuss the needs, problems, influencing factors and methods while building the orientation in the talent training program, so as to enlighten us to add different features for all kinds of foreign language majors.
Teachers and students are welcome to attend this lecture!
