On the morning of November 21st, a   delegation led by HE Zuojing, secretary of the Party Committee of the School   of Foreign Languages of Zhejiang University of Technology, visited our school   for research and exchange. At the exchange meeting, our school leaders headed   by LIU Wei, Party Secretary, offered warm welcome to the guests. 

Secretary LIU briefly introduced   GUDT and our school, then she focused on our school’s characteristic   practices in talent training and team construction, and analyzed the   challenges and difficulties of our school’s development. She said, the two   schools of foreign languages have similarities in development background and   face similar challenges and opportunities, so both parties can learn from   each other’s valuable experience. Participants of the two schools conducted   in-depth discussions and exchanges on the management system and mechanism of   the school, appointment and performance evaluation, teaching and research   management, team development, talent training and specialty construction.

HE Zuojing expressed his   heartfelt gratitude to us. What’s more, Mr. He highly praised our school’s   effective experience and successful practices in teaching, academic research   and management. He believed that this investigation and exchange will shed   great light on the work of the School of Foreign Languages of ZUT. Lastly, he   expressed the hope of strengthening contact and deepening exchange and   cooperation between both parties.
